Coon Rapids CDJR understand that children are our future and many of our focuses are on working with children and women, working closely with local public schools, the Alexandra house and one of our newest partnerships with Hope 4 Youth.

Anoka High School is one of the oldest and largest high schools in the state of Minnesota. It serves grades 9–12 for the Anoka-Hennepin School District 11.
Andover High School is one of five traditional high schools in the Anoka-Hennepin School District.
Blaine High School, part of the Anoka-Hennepin School District 11, first opened in 1972. In 2007 it became a specialty school as a Center for Engineering, Math and Science.

Hamilton Elementary School, located in Coon Rapids, was built and opened in the fall of 1965. Hamilton enrollment averages about 450 students for Kindergarten to Grade 5.
The Polar Plunge, presented by Minnesota law enforcement, is an opportunity to support Special Olympics Minnesota by jumping into frigid waters.
